Cher when really an icon when I was growing and thought her music was great. Loved her look, she was over the top with her costumes. She looked awful in the outfit with the pasties. You can't turn back time. Her bragging about planking was stupid and misplaced. Both those outfits were from her youth - leave them there. Don't want to see your swollen belly cause you are half naked. People would have been furious if Nickie Minaj or Beyonce would have come out in that outfit.

I thought the whole show last was awful.

I think Beyonce dresses near enough to that to say that I don't really hear anyone complaining about her! She is the newest and cimilarly popoular Cher of today I'd say.

Not everyone can be Cher or Beyonce and I think most people enjoy them both because that is the only thing that explains their popularity.

Well, I sure don't expect parents to expect Cher to dress in a manner that might persuade young girls to dress modestly. She's an entertainer. It's a costume. I know that. Kids don't. I only said, 'wouldn't it be nice?'

Cher is also an amazing actor. Silkwood is one of my favorite movies. It featured both Meryl Streep and Cher. Both were brilliant.

I also loved Cher in Mermaids. She won an Academy Award for her role in Moonstruck and she's been in numerous other movies over the years.

I didn't see the outfit with pasties. I have a very large HD TV. Her costume was lined with nude colored fabric. What you saw was not skin. There was a heart on one side that was questionable, but no skin was showing that shouldn't have been.

i wish my belly looks as swollen as hers when I am 71, but no one can turn back time that far back for me.

i used to work with a girl who personally knows Cher. She did skin care for her. She said that Cher is very nice and down to earth and a joy to be around.

She is an awesome entertainer too.

Moonstruck is one of my favorite films EVER. I lived in the neighborhood where a lot of it was filmed, so I have a personal connection to it also.
