Carmel Quinn has died.

My grandmother absolutely loved her. There is a big article in the local paper about her today, and it was such interesting reading.

Aww, I remember her on Arthur Godfrey's show.  I haven't thought of her in decades.

 

My father loved Godfrey's show and all the performers who entertained us from that platform.

 

May Carmel Quinn rest in peace.

@golding76 - I remember my parents watching Arthur Godfrey when I was little and seeing Carmel Quinn.  Hadn't thought about her in years. May she rest in peace.

My grandparents had a photo of her on top of their breakfront.  Said:"The Captivating Carmel Quinn."  Sweet.
