Cape fear

Cape fear is on TCM Tues.evening.I have watched it many times,but will watch again.,besides Robert mitchun so good looking!

It was filmed in Savannah. I was maybe 12 years old but  I remember seeing the scenes filmed in front of  Armstrong College and Forsyth Park. I saw Lori Martin , Polly Bergen and Robert Mitchum.

it was such a good movie....but i have to say i enjoyed the remake much more, and that is pretty rare.

De Niro was over-the-top creepy in that movie.  (but in a good way)

 

and Nick Nolte was still a handsome dude back then.  I also vote thumbs up for the remake over the original, but the original is good too.
