TV and Movies

I hope someone can tell me the name of a movie I want to watch again.  I've looked at Amazon and Netflix, but can't seem to find it.  I believe it came out in the early 2000's, maybe late 1900's.  The story is about a group of friends out in the ocean on a yacht.  They all end up in the water, the last two were playing around on deck and the man picked up the woman and jumped into the water.  Problem was, no one put down the ladder to get back aboard and one of the couples had a baby left on the boat.  The movie is very intense!  I haven't watched it in a long time and would like to see it again.  No major stars were in it.

I found the Open Waters trilogy terribly depressing & scary.
