hi everyone.......it is time to start thinking about the tv schedule and holiday movies and shows! well, for some of us that is.....i know it is a bit early for others!

going to start off with sharing my favorite site during this time.......christmastvschedule.com. they also put up a lot of the halloween programming also, so if you are big on halloween, it is a good site also.

the website does a very comprehensive list and is a great daily resource to find new show and movies AND your all time favorites.

Hallmark Channel's "Countdown to Christmas" 2020 Movies

Hallmark Channel will air 23 new holiday movies from Saturday, October 24 through the weekend before Christmas. All movies premiere at 8 pm et.

Over on a soap opera thread I was saying I need some happy stories with truly nice people. I plan to immerse myself in Christmas movies in a month.

My daughter staying with me for a few weeks is so excited about all of the Hallmark Movis, etc coming out.

@SharkE Yepper, sure did. She doesn't live with me, she lives in Denver. She went back to school and decided to give up most of her cable. When she comes here to Va she loves Hallmark.

But I have two TV's with two separate cable shows, whatever. I watch blood, murder and so on and she watches her Hallmark shoes.

Every now and then (like today) I'll sit through part of one of them. We laugh about how they'll turn out. It's all in good fun. We get along really well. I really enjoy her company. I always said it was amazing having a daughter because it

Freeform TV is starting to air their Halloween movies. I especially like Hocus Pocus which is showing to be aired Sat. Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. ET.

Since we moved to streaming earlier this year, I no longer get Lifetime or TCM. I am supposed to be able to get Lifetime free through the app but cannot get it to work. I have the app downloaded on our tv but everytime I put the necessary code in, I get a message that the code is expired. I really need to figure this out because I like some of their movies.

I also need to figure out if TCM is free via an app. If not, I'll check the schedule and if most of the classics are going to be on that and not AMC, maybe I'll upgrade our streaming for a couple of months to get that channel. LOL
