Cher was on The Today Show this morning promoting her new memoir.

Her stories were fascinating and I'm looking forward to reading more.  When she was having business and personal problems with Sonny she contacted Lucille Ball for advice, Lucy having been in a similar situation.

Plus, Cher dropped an "F bomb" live on network television!  I loved it!

@They Call Me MR Wilkes

I caught that interview too.  It was really Hoda's fault.  She asked Cher what Lucille Ball had told her, and Cher said that she couldn't repeat it on air.  Then Hoda told her to go ahead, that they would bleep her.  So she said it and it wasn't bleeped!  Funny moment actually.  I don't usually read any celebrity books, but have to agree that I'd be interested in this one.

Love her...always have. Love that she's so irreverent. That's something that's dropped quite frequently here at home and at work...top of the chart vocabulary 🫢

Didn't see the show but will look for it on HULU

She looks beautiful in the cover picture. Looking at her now after all her her plastic surgery she doesn't look like the same person.

I saw Cher in concert during her first farewell tour. Absolutely amazing performer...she rocked the house!!! My mom and I use to watch her show back in the early 70's. She's definitely one of kind. I love her attitude and personality. I will look forward to reading her memoir.

I saw that this morning!  I have a few books i am currently reading so hers will have to wait.  I do plan to read it soon.I laughed.  I had no idea she was 78.  Do it girl.  I am not mad about the plastic surgery either.  You do you Cher!

@They Call Me MR Wilkes - Thanks for the heads up.  I don't watch "The Today Show", but I've gone onto my local library website and requested the book.

Of course, others got there before me, but I can wait!  Woman Wink

She was probably about 18 in that cover photo, but I'd recognize her then and now.  People change over the years and, yes, she may have had plastic surgery (famously she acknowledges a nose job early on).

So what?  She still looks great, IMO.  And plastic surgery didn't help in any way with her talent.  Plus, you don't keep as fit as she is without working at it.

Cher was so gorgeous and had such a unique look.  When she and Sonny had their variety show also, I couldn't stop staring at her!  Her beautiful face, her hair, her figure and the gorgeous Bob Mackie outfits!  I love her and think she is amazing!
