this is a reality show. they are not crazy. their backgrounds are true.

they are young and get paid well to do the show and to attract attention to the show.

some of the biggest idiots that i've come across, wear a suit and tie.

i doubt the cast or the shows producers are concerned with the opinion of people over 35, as that is not their target market. every show has a clearly defined target market and isn't meant to appeal to everyone.

the majority of what i have seen them wear (i don't watch every week) is nothing more than an remake of clothes from the 70's and 80's.

at least they are taking a different route of making a living then their parents.
and with any luck, some that watch that have a similar background, may think twice about getting into trouble.

they have been shunned because of they last name. more then likely, the corporate world will not hire them just because of that. so when presented with this opportunity, they made a smart decision to take it.

how would you feel if you couldn't get a job in the quote un quote, 'main stream' because of something one of your parents did?
