Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

I'm watching it, now. That music really takes me back. Very 60s.

Just caught the last half. When I first saw it with my cousin we never heard of Robert Redford. Throughout the whole movie we kept saying ‘who is that guy’! And we went to see Paul Newman! Little did we know.

I believe this movie holds the record for the most times I paid to see a single movie in the theater - 4 times. Woman Surprised

Re: Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

DH and I recently started revisiting movies that we had seen as kids and that was the first one we watched. My parents took us to the theatre to see it when I was 9 or 10 years old and I remember my mom putting her hands over my eyes more than once.  She loved Paul Newman, so I saw all the movies and remember vividly having her lean over and whisper, "Close your eyes", lol.

I love that movie. I've seen it so many times, and I always enjoy it. The other night I also watched a really old timer: Some Like It Hot. Jack Lemmon doing the tango with Joe E Brown is a classic, even it the movie IS in black and white.
