Blithe Spirit

Last night, I happened to find the beginning of the film, Blithe Spirit, starring Rex Harrison. The dialogue was crisp and clever. I knew I’d love this film, based on a play. It was wonderful. Has anyone seen the film or the play?

I saw the play on Broadway in the late 80's.  It starred Richard Chamberlain -- Judith Ivey -- Blythe Danner and Geraldine Page.  It had a short run on Broadway.

I saw it as a little girl and I remember loving it back then. I think it was the 'spirit' that tickled me.
