This left me sad today too. It inspired me to look up information about The BeeGees. I’m not finished yet!

Heard their concert in 2000 on PBS...and fell in love with this song!

Here is what happened: 

In 2000, after seeing this concert “One Night Only” our DD was starting her new life as a college student so she had left home.

I needed to drive a bit to the school where I was studying to obtain my Alternative Certification in SPED.

Anxiety was my middle name, not knowing if she would be a successful young adult or if I would be a successful old adult... lol!

I played this song over and over it touched my heart!🧡🧡🧡

Several years ago we were on vacation in Miami and The Bee Gees were in concert there.  The concert was sold out but there were scalpers in the streets selling tickets for $750 and up. That was sooooooo out of our league!  I was disappointed I couldn't see them but DH got me their greatest hits CDs which made me feel better.  For my birthday one year he found an Andy Gibb CD with Shadow Dancing, I Just Want to Be Your Everything, Don't Throw It All Away... I ❤️ the Bee Gees but Andy was my fave. 😂

With YouTube and iTunes it's so much easier to hear our favorite songs from the past.  "Alone" is a good one.  Thanks for the memories @LTT1
