Baby Face on TCM

8 pm EST tonight.  A pre-code Barbara Stanwyck goodie with a young John Wayne in a minor role.  One of my favorite BS movies.

I saw this movie a few years ago - Barbara is so pretty, the movie was great if a little bit sad.

She is one of my favorite actresses and always a beauty.

Thanks for the reminder.  One of my favorite "pre-code" movies.  BS played a good _________ (fill in the blank).

 

I wish TCM did a marathon of "pre-code" movies.  Or even have a "pre-code" movie month.

One of my favorites! Adore Barbara Stanwyck. She had amazing chemistry with all of her leading men and could play any part.

 

There are pre code films shown every week!
