@Mz iMac I like the way they weaved in the memories of Prince from all of the cast. 10 times better than Empire, wouldn't you agree?

Empire's version was a hot mess. My eyeballs are still hurting.

At least Blackish gave a little history of Prince & how he influenced the characters lives.

@Mz iMac Thanks to a facebook friend, I watched the entire episode on Vimeo. When I was asked my opinion this is what I wrote:

Short of the youngest kids, every family member knew who Prince was and could relate how Prince made an impact on his or her life. It crossed generations which was so nice to see.

For those unfamiliar with Prince, I felt the characters of Black-ish shared important facts about him. I feel this was done respectfully and with love.
