The Letter is one of my all time favorite movies by the great William Wyler.  Never get tired of watching it.

What can be said that hasn't been said about Bette!!!  When you watch an actress of her caliber, every movie is a treasure!  I love them all.

I watched her on a recent Perry Mason where she subbed for him while he was in the hospital. Nice episode. Enjoyed her.

@KLm,  her role on Perry Mason was fun, wasn't it?  A spunky lawyer determined to see her client vindicated-- perfect for Bette.

I know I've said this repeatedly, but she is truly a force of nature on the screen.

One of my favorite scenes from "Jezebel" right before she finds out Pres is married (heart wrenching).

I love All About Eve. One of my favorites!!

Saw All About Eve today (on another channel). just fab! Some of the best lines ever in a film.

George is more evil than in Rebecca (I still liked him).

The Best piece of stage business ever is Bette w/the candy dish.

Eddie Fisher was in that film.
