Ron Masak, aka Sheriff Mort Metzger, passed away at age 86 on Thursday from "natural causes."

He was surrounded by his wife and 6 children.

@Pearlee - so sorry to read of his passing. He was only ten years younger than Angela Lansbury, but I thought there was more of an age difference between them. Thanks for sharing.

@4kitties - I'm in the minority with you about those Hallmark Christmas movies. I think it is ridiculous they start before Halloween. At least they should wait until the beginning of November. Like you, I will watch on Peacock and COZI TV airs MSW early Saturday mornings.

Yes! I do watch my favorite DVDs too. But I am horribly lazy and prefer to just click my remote and get an instant favorite and not have to load DVDs.......🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was really frustrated with Hallmark starting Christmas movies this week. It makes no sense to have two months plus of these dreadful movies. Not everyone wants 24/7 Christmas movies.
