Well if that photo is from November, I think you are right.  No way she could lose that much weight in such a short time.  Sorry to hear she is still not able to help herself.

I think you are right about the photo shopping too.  In the after picture her forehead looks different and her eyes are much larger.  And her nose does look weird.

She has some serious issues.  I was hoping maybe she had been able to improve herself and her life.

@LizzieInSRQ  You are so right...what she posts is usually not real and photoshop. We will find out in the coming days just how true this weight loss picture update really is.

@colliemom4 , very much so.  One would think that the rehab place she was at might have helped work on it.

The way in which she treats her family is terrible and with all of the continued help they have given her, she seems to be unthankful.

No way in 6 weeks could Tammy have lost what I'M reading, even in a rehab under supervision.

To allow a marriage to go on with two individuals in very poor health is probably done for a story line.No way could their marriage have been consummated  as we can see both have breathing tubes,guess we will see an annulment for sure in the upcoming season.

Just hope Tammy is in this for the long haul in saving her life and nothing else.
