I thought it was pretty good.  However, the show did not tell the "true" story about Joseph Sr. regarding how he "really" got so rich & his many infidelities.

I just got done reading a book about Jackie .. sister lee and their

Mother ... they were raised that they had to marry money no matter

what the circumstances ... older men .. put up with cheating .. whatever..

i found it rather sad .....

I'm not big on the Kennedys. They had a chip on their shoulder for being Irish Catholic and was bound and determined to show folks they were going to be on top come hale or high water. Ol' Joe saw to that.

The way Rose treated her own daughter 'Kick' is beyond human comprehension.

I'm not watching the show but I've seen the promos and using Lana Del Rey's song "Young and Beautiful" with the lyrics "will you still love me when I'm not young and beautiful" --

-- it seems so inappropriate to me because of how many of the Kennedys have died young (and some beautiful).  And they show JFK among others using those lyrics.  I find it creepy.

Can someone explain to me how this song relates to the miniseries?
