Amazon new movie to me: The Tender Bar.

I just put this on, for something to help me wake up.  Darn!!!  It was a good movie!!!

 

Never even heard of it before.  About a boy growing up.  Ben Afflick is in it.  Honestly, a good movie.  BA is not the main character.

 

The Tender Bar.  A good story.

Common sense is now so rare, having it is like having a superpower.

I saw it too and it is a very good movie about a boy growing up with his colorful supportive uncle as the main influence in his life. An entertaining feel good movie all around.

I was surprised too that I'd never heard of it just happened to find it scrolling thru titles. I don't know why it didn't get more notice.

I agree.  It is a good movie!  I thought it was well done and a good story.

I'm in total agreeance with all of you - thoroughly enjoyed this movie.  I've been trying to figure out how I happened on to this find and just can't remember...  oh well. 
I just love stumbling on to this little sleeper.

It was a very entertaining, well acted movie. Ben Affleck was good in it as the favorite uncle.

Right?!  I thought it was a terrific movie. I wasn't expecting it to be so good, but I really enjoyed it.
