@LoriLori - good luck with your doctor appointment on Thursday - hope it turns out better than you expect.

@Judaline - I give you credit for being diligent with the exercise and walking. I usually start stuff, but then slack off.

I know you both post on the book forum. There is a book on Amazon I want to read written by Joyce Bulifant (an actress from the 60's and 70''s).  Lori - you probably never heard of her.  It is called my Four Hollywood Husbands.  One of them was Ed Mallory who played Bill Horton on DAYs years ago. Her most famous husband was James MacArthur from Hawaii 5-0.  It looks like a fun read.  If I found out anything interesting about DAYs, I will post.

Sorry DAYSIES for going off topic.

Joyce Bulifant was best known for playing Gavin MacLeod's wife on the Mary Tyler Moore Show, her character was named Marie. I do think at the time she was married to Ed Mallory, and he was Bill Horton at that time.

Re: All things DAYS, wk of 12/04

I said before that I saw NuCiara on a lifetime movie and I really liked her, but her acting yesterday was way over the top.   I felt embarrassed for her because she was I think, trying too hard to be a more cockier Ciara.  I want the other Ciara back.

And boy, did Sami put on some pounds!!!!

@snowball  I thought the same thing about NuCiara.  It felt like she was trying too hard.  I was thinking she seemed really loud, at least more so than the other characters.  Hopefully she'll settle into the role.  I do miss the old Ciara.  I liked her.

Maybe it's just me but I think there was a little play on words toDAY.  When the show first started, Hope and Eli were worried about Rafe not coming in to work yet.  Hope kept looking for him and Eli said "maybe something came up"..... Next scene went to Rafe in bed with Sami.......

Am I the only one?????

@sophiamarie  You're not the only one. I believe that's called a double entendre?

Glad to see Will on again today. Smiley Happy  Does Paul always answer his door wrapped in a towel?  I'm pretty sure this wasn't the first time.

@Jackson08  -  He does seem to be quite comfortable answering his door that way.  I don't know about you or others, but I've never in my life answered my door wrapped only in a towel.

About the towel scene..............It seems to be a DAYS requisite to happen on a regular basis. I even think it was Paul answering the door when he and Will first met. Paul had on a towel then, too, and it just went from there. But how many times has this happened on this show. The script probably shows: 'comes to door in towel-do again in six months-different actor.'
