Okay, inquiring minds want to know ---- does Abigail still hold down a job at the police station or what??? It's been months since Hope took over "the" desk so what's the story? If she's not at work, why isn't she with Thomas? What does she do all day? Looks like all she and Chad do during the day now is smooch in the church. Is there no priest there ever? Who sits in church and smooches??

As far as who is qualified to be the new Commish, why don't they just hand it over to JJ. He went from high school drug dealer to vandalizing criminal to cop to detective in what, about a year? Sounds qualified to me.

@BarbiHollywood - VERY good questions! Let's take them one by one.

Does Abigail still have a job at the police station? I'd say no, even though they never addressed her not working anymore. Corday is pulling "the viewers will forget that little tidbit" straight out of the Soap Opera Playbook. She's back with Chad, so she doesn't need money to pay for her never seen apartment from when she was on her own.

Why isn't she with Thomas? Good question, but if she's with Thomas, that means she has to do stuff with Thomas, and that doesn't fit into the story. Abigail's day revolves around strategically bumping into Gabi in Horton Square, not Happy Meals.

What does she do all day? Well, if Chad was mine and I was living in DiMansion with him, I know what I'd be doing all day! I don't think Abigail takes full advantage of that perk though.
