It's a good thing little Ari wasn't with Gabi when she walked into the  scene.  It appears Ben would have left enough DNA on the body to finally get caught.  The actor is doing a great job showing some remorse for what he did.  I blame Clyde for messing up both Ben and Jordan.

They can lift a print off fabric so they should be able to get one off that tie. I wonder why he 'arranged' the tie? We know that's your trademark, Ben. You don't have to make a spectacle of yourself. Really! A lot of people will come running to answer Gabi's scream,. Hope they don't touch the tie.

So this brings Sonny back. Good. Sonny and Paul will be Ari's new parents? I would say Sami would want her and I think she has more rights. Not sure-anyone?

Sonny's not coming back for good, he's popping in.

I'm thinking Gabi has Ari Grace.  The actress who plays her has booked a prime time show.  Granted we're six months ahead on DAYS but I wonder if they will recast her.  Otherwise I'm thinking they will be off screen and mentioned a lot if there's no recast.  But there's plenty of time for that.

I am LOVING Ben.  The actor and the way the story is unfolding.   I guess the material he had before this just didn't challenge him.  I am loving his performances and don't want him to go.  And I like the ambiguity, is he insane or evil?  Or like Aunt G said, is it because Clyde messed him up bigtime?

I'm loving the suspense.  His scenes with Abigail are so creepy, I love it.

I have a question:  What is that flashing light in their apartment that changes color?   It really adds to the atmosphere but I can't figure out what it is.  

Mama, have you caught up?  Do you have them on DVR?  Friday's episode is must-see TV!

I have caught up on reading the synopses, but won't be home until Monday evening to view what I want to see on my DVR. Sounds good.

I think they are trying to make it look like Ben's apartment is in an old time seedy hotel with the flashing lights which is stupid because his studio apartment is very nice.

lori, you haven't watched enough 1940's movies. You've got to get with it, girl. Almost any film noir movie has at least one seedy hotel scene with the flashing neon lights. It means it's just about the cheapest place with the worst rooms there is. I mean, who wants a flashing neon light in their room when they're trying to sleep? But it's on the cheap, so the place is always filled. With seedy characters, to boot!

Ben is so handsome. I don't think he's evil. I think something comes over him and he goes temporarily insane, with each murder.

Of course Gabi would get the baby-I wasn't thinking. Dunno how Sami's going to take that, tho. She may say Ari can't live with a jail bird. You know Sami. We shall see what we shall see.

Thanks for telling me.  I've never been one for old movies and I'm not much into movies in general.  That explains it in a way I can understand because I've seen plenty of seedy hotels in Manhattan with signs like that, full of druggies and all kinds of creepy types.  Thanks.

And yeah, it's pretty stupid that two rich kids with jobs would be living there.

lori, do you remember the black and white episode that DAYS did (no earthly reason why) depicting a forties type movie? I'm telling you, they nailed it. I loved it. And if you haven't watched a film noir movie, girl, well, then you just must not like movies.

No, I don't remember that episode!  How long ago did they do that?  Who was in it and what was the plot?   You're right, I'm not that into movies.  Just horror movies LOL.

Gosh, probably five years ago or more and I can't remember what it was about. I think Jack was in it. But there were two-one was in B&W and one was just a forties parody. But they were both forties.
