I really did not like the corruption conversation between Lani & Chanel. I'm tired of them throwing all these things into the mix.

I liked Bonnie's scenes with Jan today - she sure has her number! It was funny when Xander asked Bonnie if she wanted tghe diamond ring and she pulled a jeweler's loop out of her bag!!

Marlena looked like she was in a trance when Belle and Shawn were trying to explain to her how Jan was involved. She had such a befuddled look on her face!

It's unbelievable to me that Lani would ever consider leaving her babies with Chanel! She has no experience and it is always all about her. Can't picture her changing diapers. I have to say I did not like when Chanel said she couldn't work for the police and Lani said changes in policing need to be made. I watch Days to get away from all the problems in the world and don't want the writers to bring them in to the story. There are bad apples in every profession, but members of my family are in law enforcement and I'll leave it at that. Please don't bash me for my comments.

Nobody should bash you , what you said is true. There are problems in every profession like you said.

I told DH that when Bonnie started searching her purse I bet she had a loupe in her bag. It made me laugh, and then I remembered I, too, have a jeweler's loupe...not in my purse, but I have one for some gemology classes I took years ago.

ITA Bonnie was so funny. Loved when she was finished looking at the ring, she opened her eye to let the loop fall out. Like she's been doing this all her life, hahaha.

It would be a cold DAY in Hades when I would let Chanel watch my kids. Lani must be desperate. I'd lose my job first.

I didn't like the tone of what Lani said about the police. They must want to get flooded with hate mail. So be it. Let it roll! If it gets worse, I'm outta that show.

@twinsister No bashing here. I agree with all your comments about today's show. And I also have family in law enforcement.

Speaking of Marlena, is it just me or did she change her hair color? It doesn't look as blonde as I remember. It's more gray, maybe she's going natural.

I love Xander, he's so funny. His off the cuff comments bring a smile to my face everytime he's on the show.

I hope Abigail gets together with the (new) EJ again when he shows up in Salem! It would serve Chad right and he could go and be with Gwen. I hope Jack goes on one of his adventures again and is gone for good. The both characters Jack and Jen have grown tiresome. They seem to be writing certain characters straight into the toilet purposely. @twinsister There should never be bashing here, After all...We're DAYSIES!

As for Chanel; Lani better watch her husband around her. She's hot to trot! Can't you just see this coming? Lani might end up being a single stay home mom 😝 watching "the babies"

recast of Chanel will play the part differently or have a different look. I m not sure when that is happening. I haven't seen it officially confirmed but there are news clips that claim the current actress is working on a pilot.
