I lost two friends to pancreatic cancer.  Both were dead within 4 months of the diagnosis.

@bootsanne   I just googled it (it was so long ago I didn't remember) and yes, he did.

My dad's smoking was most likely the cause, as it is in many cases of pancreatic cancer (said the doctors).

My Beloved sister also  died of Pancreatic cancer.

The dr told her she had only 4 months to live and  she died exactly 4 months later.

It is deadly and most of the time there is no cure.

I'm sorry about your sister @MalteseMomma .  I feel that pancreatic cancer is a death sentence for sure.

My Uncle lived 3 months. He opted for no treatment as he was told with treatment he would live about 4 months with side effects and he took the time to get everything in order.

One of my dearest friends died just a few weeks ago. He lived for only four months after his pancreatic cancer was discovered. We are all heartbroken to have lost him.

So very sad and I will be praying for him.  If anyone can beat this, he can.
