I took a nutrition class taught by a nurse who had survived breast cancer.  She told us that one of the most important things you can do is to "keep going" when you can and for as long as you can.  She was convinced that keeping working whenever possible helped her beat the cancer.

Pancreatic, Ovarian, and Brain gliomas are the ones that only a minute few survive.

There seem to be more ovarian cancer survivors than pancreatic.
