Al Roker late to work

Al Roker overslept and was late to work for the first time in 39 years!!!!!!!! I'm sure they are not going to let him live that down. Have you ever been late to work?

This is not exactly "work", but when I was in college, I played the organ for our church's early service (8:30 a.m. I think). Well, I was out too late one night before, and I never heard the alarm and woke up around 10 a.m. PANIC! {#emotions_dlg.ohmy} So embarrassed. Don't remember but think it all worked out ok. Also I used to teach in another town and carpooled with a group of other teachers. More often than not, one of us would oversleep and the carpool would wait and wait and wait. A few times we had to go on. Happened to me a few times too in the six years I taught and had to go on in my own car. I have always been a night owl so it's hard to go to bed early!
