I think most of us here would say we thought Adele was gorgeous just the way she was. But, apparently she didn't think so. And, it was such a rapid change, that it's a given that it would draw a lot of attention.

I sense she's very proud of her weight loss journey, which is what matters the most. So I'm happy for her, too, or anyone who takes on such a challenge. It's not easy.

She looks very different without the stage makeup, especially the eyes. She is still very attractive.
