AARP Movies for Grownups

Did anyone watch this award show.  Was on Friday.  I love this award show because no politics. 

I think it was on PBS.  

It was funny and mentioned pictures I had never seen yet.

Great speeches and presentations.

Branden Frasier won for "The Whale".  Jamie Lee Curtis got a lifetime acheivmen award.

Can't remember the name of the actress that won for "Women Talking" a movie I would like to see.

Jeff Bridges for "Old Man"

The Top Gun new version won for best picture.

It was a great award ceramony.  Better than the Academy one.

Casual. clean and funny.

Anything PBS does is first class. Some of the best programming on television and available to all.

I really enjoyed it too.

 

That was Judith Ivey who won for Women Talking.  I always liked her. - nice to see her.
