Re: A new low for Hallmark movies

I like to see the clothes. I bought Candace Cameron's pink coat. All the flawless complexions. Beautiful homes.

Romance parts are silly and not true to life. All beautiful men and women are single and stumble over each other.  Fairy tale stories like Cinderella. Life doesn't work that way.

I knew Hallmark was desperate when they produced a movie with Kyle Richards.  The premise was that Richards and her best friend were competing for the best Christmas decorated house in the neighborhood.  Kyle Richards cannot carry a whole movie.  She is best in small parts like in the Halloween movies.

@lgfan , ugh.  Agreed...but this looks like it is a Peacock original...Hallmark probably couldn't afford her.

My favorite "flub" was when they were stranded, and found the innkeeper's house. He invites them in and offers them some "fresh squeezed apple juice"! Anyone on this planet knows you don't squeeze apples for juice, lol, you press apples. Found it funny that this got by them and a few other things he said were incorrect as well.

I did watch the extended cut for the Three Men movie and I realized what I really would have liked is just the outtakes added on to the end. I bet the mistakes during that filming were hilarious.

I watched the 3 Wise Men and a Baby. I'm looking forward to the next movie in the series.

I like 3 Wise Men and a Baby but prefer the original cut to the extended. I am also looking forward to new movie. Has it been announced when it will air?

I watched that movie 2 nights ago. Other than it being a pretty silly storyline I did like the movie. I am a huge hallmark movie fan!

Re: A new low for Hallmark movies

One of my sisters DVRs all the Hallmark movies. She rewatches them over and over too.. She's been watching since its inception so I wonder if she thinks the writing and acting has gone downhill.

I don't watch the Hallmark channel that much; not my preferred viewing. I've seen a few of the older movies.

I prefer the mysteries. I don't have the GA channel. My sister has GA so she's started watching that now. She likes some of the things she's seen on it.
