😍😍😍
The Beatles in their prime and at their cutest ❤. They aren't the greatest actors but the fabulous soundtrack makes up for it.
Plus, as well as having my favorite Beatle, it has one if my favorite movie lines at the witty Beatles' press conference.
Reporter to John: "How do you find America?"
John: "Turn left at Greenland."
❤

Saw this at the movie theater...I've told the story...my dad drove an hour from our small-town home to a distant locale in St. Louis so we could see it.
Love everything about it...so sweet and special.

Thanks for the heads up! I saw this in the theater when it came out. I walk down with my girlfriend to the local movie theater! A lot of screaming and jumping up and down!

@Witchy Woman Me too, and I've told my story also. When it premiered the closest theater playing it was way across town in a section we never went to. My mother who liked the Beatles, drove my younger sister ( by 3 yrs) and me to see it. My mother wanted to leave right away because you couldn't hear thd movie at all, only young girls screaming. I remember hearing myself screaming whenever Paul came on and to this day I remember thinking "I can't believe I'm screaming in a movie theater!"
We did stay til the end but i didn't hear any of the film. The audience didn't stop screaming even during the songs. Several years ago I saw the film again in a movie theater when the just remastered, cleaned up version came out. It was fun to see it again in a movie theater.
My younger sister has no memory of going with my mother and me way across town to see it, whereas I remember it as if it happened Yesterday (which of course hadn't been written yet!).

I also saw A Hard Day's Night at the theater. The entire audience was screaming throughout the movie, yelling out their favorite Beatle's name. It was difficult to hear some of the dialogue!!!!! I loved that time when Beatlemania ruled, the excitement, the songs, the enthusiasm was fun and wonderful. I do have to say when the Stones first appeared I fell in love and they became my focus. But the Beatles changed the music world and were such a part of our lives!
