@colliemom4  ITA they are both nuts! Maybe Brandaaan is into drama and Mary dishes it out.  They're so immature and I can't even believe that they're bringing a baby into this toxic unstable mess of their lives.  Divorce is illegal in the Phillipines so Brandan is trapped for life.  I don't get the allure- she's dramatic, she kind of looks like a tree frog and she makes him unable to talk to women even if they're strangers or family yet she can have a gaggle of guy pals as friends to feed her ego.

Good luck to them and their ill fated cheap chip/snack get rich quick scheme.  I have a lot of patience for this show and have watched it since the very first episode, but I will seriously quit watching a season in the future if they put Mary and Brandaaan on again.  I have to change youtube videos everytime I see youtube recaps/commentary and they play Mary's fake panic attacks and Mary pleading "Pleeeassse what do you want me to doOoOoOooo?!?" it makes me cringe :Smiley LOLSmiley Frustrated

Mary is the type that you see on an Investigation Discovery show like "Killer Women." I can't imagine her taking care of a baby. She'll probably had it off to Brandan. I'll bet they try to use the child for money selling it's pics to what ever gossip rag that wants to buy them.

I know what you mean about not wanting to watch their scenes. I can't believe that Gino and Jasmine are coming back and often mute their scenes. Enough already!

@colliemom4  Oh yeah! Mary definitely gives me "Investigation Discovery" vibes- there was a show called "Snapped" that I used to watch about spouses killing eachother and Mary checks all of the boxes: possessive, mod swings, victim complex, crazy eyes etc.  Mary might even be jealous of her own baby and the attention Brandaaan gives it- what if the baby is a girl? Will she let him talk to his daughter Smiley LOL?  Mary's oxen and cows have more freedom to roam than Brandaaan!

I can't believe Jazmine and Gino will be back- they are so dramatic and incompatible.  Jazmine's super botched face is on full display in the previews, I barely even recognize her! Do they all go to the same plastic surgeon and get an influencer discount? She's starting to look like Colt's botched ex wife Larissa Smiley Surprised. Jazmine is such a screaming banshee- her voice is so grating to listen to and she's only in this for Gino's money and American citizenship.

@colliemom4  I love different types of potato chips, but the shipping costs would be so high and I'm definitely not going to give a handout to these two.  Plus, there are so many snack subscription services out there that Mary and Brandaan's business idea won't really stand out.  The names of the Filipino chips are a lot of fun though- "Chippy, Boy,  Mr. Chips and Ding Dong" Smiley Very Happy

@SportyShorty07  I don't know if they have World Market stores where you live but it sort of reminds me of something they'd sell there though not quite LOL. I'm not a very adventurous eater but my daughter would probably eat any of those snacks. She's an adult. The names are funny. I have no idea why the pic came out so blurry. ITA with you about not giving money to Brandan and Mary.

@colliemom4  I love Cost Plus World Market!  I like their snacks, candy and Hello Kitty items. Good store reference, their business venture that they're trying to do reminds me of that store except Mary and Brandaan probably don't have the business know how or drive to make their business that successful.  The chip names are great!

I love different flavors of chips and in San Francisco where I'm born and raised I can go to different cultural supermarkets and find all kinds of cool snacks. I get Mexican fritos at a grocery store I go to in a Latino neighborhood.  The Mexican fritos are a lot thicker and crunchier than American Fritos and there's a delicious flavor called "Sal y Limon" that's  a lemon citrus flavor and salt.  I love an Asian brand of shrimp chips that I can get at Asian grocery stores and its called "Dandy's Shrimp Chips" sooo good- light and airy and nice and crunchy!

@SportyShorty07  I haven't been to the store in a while. I'm trying to recall what my daughter wanted there, some type of chocolate, though I can't recall what country it was from. Another daughter was just making a gift basket with items purchased from there for an ill co-worker. Very cool store.

Those fritos look good and remind me of the Tostios with a hint of lime. My husband loves those. I don't know if I'd try to the shrimp chips lol but will take your word for it that they are good.

Have you ever talked to a poster on the boards here named mousiegirl? She's also from San Fransisco. She used to post on the tv forum but not so much yet she's still posting in other forums.

@colliemom4 Cost Plus World Market sells delicious chocolates- I love their European chocolate covered marzipan and they sometimes have  a delicious Australian Honeycomb chocolate called Violet Crumble Smiley Happy.  You and your daughters have great taste in chocolates and your husband has great taste in Tostitos! I love the lime Tostitios - so good with salsa or black bean dip.  Your husband would love the Limon y Sal fritos.

That username sounds familiar! I think I have seen her posts.  I love living in San Francisco and its such a small city jam packed with so much fun.  Do you talk with your daughters and gal pals about 90 Day Fiance too? My Mom and my sisters and I love the show and sometimes we even get my Dad to watch bits and pieces of the show even though men  can't stand the drama of 90 Day Fiance Smiley Very Happy.  I hope that they never discontinue 90 Day Fiance and all of its spin offs- its such an addictive and fun show.

@SportyShorty07  I don't think the show is going anywhere as it gets such high viewership and they keep developing even more shows. Maybe it will be like The Kardashians and never end or once it ends and they start another one lol.

One of my daughters used to watch 90 Day for years but stopped. Maybe she lost interest and won't tell me. I don't even ask her about it anymore. My husband doesn't watch but sometimes asks me questions about it which I find annoying because it takes a lot of time to explain many of these situations lol.

Re: 90 Days--The Other Way--July 10, 2023

@colliemom4 I bet you're right about 90 Day Fiance being the new Keeping Up With The Kardashians- that show will go on forever.  I watched the most recent two episodes of The Last Resort and its the perfect length of time- long enough to eat lunch and a snack and not have my mind zone out out of boredom.

That's so great that your husband asks questions about the show! Do you give capsule summaries and refer to their appearancesof cast members instead of exact names? I used to do that when I explained Darcey and Stacey episode segments  to coworkers.  I really wish that there could be a TLC 90 Day Fiance fan convention or something- I'd totally go if the cast members had photo opps.  I want to see if I'm shorter or the same height as Big Ed since I'm 4'11".
