I think his name is Jesse.  I thought that was also weird that he asked her to take her makeup off--maybe he was trying to protect those silk sheets.  LOL.

Did anyone else think Jesse's (Amsterdam) apartment looked like a college dormitory?

I'm was surprised  anfisa was mature enough to turn down the gift and finally tell him goodbye even not knowing how it would affect her status with immigration.

@Justholdingon   I do not think the gift was GOOD ENOUGH  for her and that was why she turned it down.... it was just overpriced costume jewerly.... Anfisa wants the real thing.

Paul looked really awkward when he was hugging Karine.  The way he kept patting her back.   Weird.  I've never had a significant other pat my back like that.  If he did, I would ask, what the heck are you doing that for????

This is one of the most depressing show on TV and that's not something I say easily (there are so many).

I sit there watching this show and more often than not I fast forward over much of it.  I DVR it for that reason.  Why do I even bother?  I don't know.  I think it's because I'm just astounded by people's stupidity.  Sometimes I just delete it.  

I did want to see if she'd get the annulment (she didn't).  Did she really believe this guy loved her?  Do these other people really believe these people love them?  They can't find love here so they go to these other countries and find it so quickly?  Wouldn't that tell them something?  Obviously not!

The guy who's married to the beautiful young woman from (I think it's) Columbia says over and over, (paraphrasing) "I know showing the body is OK in her country more than it is here.....but".  Good grief!  My husband had a good friend (male) from Venezuela and he'd come home telling me some of what this guy said and thought (about most things) and mouth was always....open....like "Okay"?  Ha!  It doesn't always mean it's wrong .... it means it's different...

I so want Danielle's (now-ex) husband shipped back to where he came from.  He was a user but she was so stupid to believe he loved her.  Had she really listened to him, maybe she'd have been different.....but then I doubt it.
