I just watched it, pretty chilling. Back when it was happening, MSM made Mia out to be a crazy B. I really can't stand Woody even though I once liked his movies. I hope Dylan gets some peace.

@Mindy D @chessylady

Just watched this, Wow. Will be watching next week.

Always two sides. To hear SoongYi side there is an article in Vulture magazine from 2016. Interesting. They have been married for over 20 years. Check it out for another perspective.

@Zaimee  I'm glad you wrote this. Yes there are 2 sides and I've read an adult Moses write in defense of Woody. I will continue to watch this series. While they were showing home movies tonight of Woody and Dylan, I kept thinking that those brief snippets were chosen but (1) to see their context I would have liked to see more footage before and after the brief snippet, and (2) there may also be home movies showing completely different scenes of Woody interacting with the other children more.  So far Dylan is presenting her side and using supporting evidence to support her side but there are two sides and Woody has been investigated and not convicted of anything.

Every time I see Satchel/Ronan I think Sinatra is his father.

@Pearlee  Yes, I read that Moses, now 40, supported Woody. Ronan supports sister but was 2 years younger so one could question his recollections.

Also, read that 3 of the older adopted sons have died!

Re: 9 P.M. HBO now. Woody versus Mia over child abuse allegations.

I read that the prosecutor did not finally charge Woodie because he did not want to put Dylan through a trial and have her re-live everything.

He had talked to her about it and even now she said she was grateful for that but still wished she could have had her say about it all.  And the prosecutor regrets his decision now.

 I forget where I read this but you can search it. I looked up the show after reading about it here. There are many articles about all this.

I really think it makes sense that once a child and now adult, talks about what happened to them, there is no going back. Why would someone put themselves through that in the public and all who know her

if not true? Who would want to be known as the child of a sexual deviant predator, if not to speak the truth once and for all. To let people know what that person really did and was like. And that becomes the thing that she won't give up on. I would tend to believe Dylan's side of things. She has been on other shows many times telling her story.

And Woodie is just so creepy. I think.

I thought of another thing in the doc that makes me think Sinatra is Ronan's father aside from just looking at him. They said that Mia and Woody tried to have a baby together that Mia wanted. But they tried and it didn't work which is when they adopted Dylan.  Two years later Mia gave birth to Satchel/Ronan. Hmmmm perhaps a different father than Woody worked for her to conceive. All if Woody's children (including those with Soon Yi ) are adopted.
