It's possible for him to DOR (drop out request) but it's very expensive. They lose the $40,000 fee they got upfront, they have to repay for their airfare, hotel/air bnb, meals, exams, etc.. If they DOR they're escorted off the lot and deposited on the sidewalk and given no airfare to get back home, not even cab/Uber money. They lose any chance to ever participate again. Production doesn't want houseguests just walking away, so the penalties are pretty high. Any prizes they won during the show are also forfeited. You can do it, but the penalties mean that few ever do. Production makes it very hard to just walk away.

Pretty pathetic that production would force him to continue in isolation in a house with a group of adults bullying him with the only option to be a huge penalty and do nothing about the bullies. Speaks volumes.  Maybe to entice hin to stay they can plant some superpowers on him to replace the next three evicted houseguests with his choice of anybody in the house he wants to evict.

CBS has reportedly addressed the bullying in the DR and informed the houseguests it won't be tolerated. Penalty noms and penalty votes will be deployed if it continues.

CBS is saying we'll see the conclusion of the endurance comp tonight on the live feeds immediately after the show. We'll have to see if that's true.

It's showtime! Julie is wearing an orange patterned dress. Now we get the flashback of what's happened so far. Bayleigh is not happy after the POV meeting. (Bayleigh sat in that nom chair for a half hour or more, largely without moving.) Christmas explains to Da'Vonne why she didn't backdoor Tyler. Christmas assures Da'Vonne she's safe. Day says Christmas is canceled. Day now asks Tyler what happened and he tells her Christmas said it wasn't good for her (Christmas) game. Enzo and David chat. They talk about keeping Bayleigh. (It won't happen.) 

Cody gets called to the DR about his grandfather's death. (A bit tacky of BB to film him learning.) Tyler comes in and learns what happened. The house rallies around him. Time for the first break. The big fight's up next.

And we're back! Fight time! (This was about a forty-five minute fight overall in the house.) Bayleigh was in the DR during all of the early part of the fight and just wandered in towards the end. (Ian was trapped in the shower without a towel and couldn't ask anyone for a towel in the fight.) Da'Vonne thinks she's going home now. (She's not unless something big changed.) Bayleigh's doing a good job of trying to manage things. Christmas is getting a deservedly bad edit. Meanwhile Ian was still waiting for a towel. The live vote and eviction are up next.

We're back again. Time for the last plea and then the votes. (Probably not the slip and slide comp as everyone's wearing different shoes.) Da'Vonne's up first and does a BLM speech and then says she loves everyone. Bayleigh's up. Loves everyone. Vote what's best for your game. Julie says it's the sequel the Thelma and Louise.

Daniele votes to evict Bayleigh.

Ian votes to evict Bayleigh.

Cody votes to evict Bayleigh.

Enzo votes to evict Bayleigh.

Time for another break.

The vote was 9-0 to evict. Julie teases a big announcement for the houseguests. Time for another break.

Time for Julie to chat up Bayleigh. How are you doing. Great! I knew I was leaving. Felt Christmas betrayed you? Definitely! Why pretend you'll never put you up then stab you in the back. Julie now tells Bayleigh about one of the other alliances with Memphis. Who was Christmas untouchable? Tyler. Would you have targeted Tyler and Christmas? Probably not. Had one on one time with Tyler and they want everything squashed. Goodbye messages. Enzo says she's like a sister. Tyler's sorry.Christmas loved her but...it was too late. Da'Vonne says they were supposed to be the final two. Why did you come back? To prove to myself I could play the game.

HOH comp is next and it's the wall comp.

Wall comp time! Expect Memphis to be down first. Enzo not too far behind. Julie announces there will be no battle back. (I guess that was her big announcement.) Christmas isn't playing, so Daniele didn't use her power. The first three to fall will be Have Nots. Daniele has the slop pass so no slop for her, but she'd still have to sleep in the Have Not room with cold showers. 

CBS is moving the Wednesday show to Tuesday next week. And that's it for tonight. I'll be updating the HOH comp as players drop.

We are still on critter cam at seven minutes after. Chances are one or more houseguests have fallen by now, but we don't know.
