At the time, I was not happy with my mom for not telling my dad; however, knowing my dad, he would've had a very difficult time in how to handle it. He was very dear to me and a very supportive father all of my life. My mom and I had somewhat of a strained relationship but she did the best that she could and I wouldn't have wanted any different parents.
