I am a reality show fan & someone in a thread on this forum mentioned this new reality show. We have recorded the series & DH & I have watched the first show & I am fascinated. I am intrigued (besides $$) as to why the 7 participants chose to do this particular series; what an interesting bunch. I hope the rest of the shows are as compelling. Hopefully this series can be a deterrent for any/all watchers to walk the straight & narrow.

When and where does it broadcast?

@Goldengate8361, sorry, I should have listed the channel. It is on A&E & I have Directv which is channel 265 in my area.

I've been watching since the premier. There's no way I could do that.
Tami, the poilce officer doesn't seem to know how to interact with the younger rowdy female inmates. But it must be difficult for her to take a more laid back approach.
And Robert, whose now in the hole might crack after a week or so.

@deeva, I totally agree with you that no way any amount of $$ could make me do it. Tami is struggling for the very same reason you & I couldn't do it. It would take a special person that could adapt to the wrong side of the law when only knowing the right side. To be continued...!

I'm enjoying this show.
It certainly is a HUGE challenge, especially for some of these people. Some of them will do well, I believe, because of their background/careeer.
I wonder how it will go for the young man in ad seg.
The woman who is a cop - I could totally understand her feelings. Those others are punks and I think she's just used to being in a position to be able to curtail that. Here, it's a whole different story.
Cool how the two women figured each other out. It has to be better going through this with somebody else, in lieu of alone. The other lady (Mohammed Ali's daughter) is pretty much alone.
I think it's really a lot tougher for the men. It's not Candyland there, either way, but the men's prisons seem much more volatile, over all.

I have really enjoyed this series and hope they do another one. I think next week will probably be the last, since only Tami and Zac and the last two to go.
