Re: 20/20 Jordan Brown

Not disagreeing with the news  anyone is sharing. Were the police aware that he was bragging to people about the shooting?  When the police were asked about the blow back and splatter they did not mention the blanket. They said her hair stopped it.

Why would they not mention the blanket?  They were so angry yet did not mention any of this.

@lenapecci  The fact that there was a cartridge on the path that he took to school, I find very suspicious, also, who else would have had a motive?  He may not have liked the fact that his Dad would be spending time with a woman, less time for him.

Not to mention that they were having a baby.

I agree about the cartridge.

The entire area had cartridges, not just that one and there was no way to tell how long it had been there. Her ex-boyfriend had threatened to kill her and she had a PFA against him.

There was no evidence that he was jealous, that was only a theory.

The ex-boyfriend was cleared though.

The exboyfriend was cleared by the one cop because he was crying, had no gun powder residue, and his father was his alibi.

My issue with that is anyone can cry. He could have worn gloves, and his dad was his alibi.

Many dads would for their children.

Also the 4yr old now a teenager says she will never forget that morning. The sound of the gunshot woke her up, then she found her mom would not wake up. The kids had already left for school.

And there were all of the workers on the property, were they not questioned?

I was reading the reversal by the higher court. The court that over turned the conviction.

They stated there was no foresnic evidence nor DNA. The evidence that was presented was insufficient and there for they over turned the conviction.

By doing so stating the insufficient evidence he cannot be tried again.

The blanket was tested and no residue or fibers were on it.

I find it hard to believe that an 11 yr old can run up the stairs, grab a gun, load it, run down, shoot her, clean it up and himself. Put the gun back and get on the bus with no evidence?

You supposedly shoot someone at close range and don't have one speck of blow back on you.

Then the younger daughter said she was awoken to a gunshot long after the older 2 kids got on the bus.

The older daughter says nothing was out of the ordinary when state police first talked to her at school. After spending time with relatives, she then says she heard a gunshot? A gunshot inside a house is not something you forget happened.

Jordan didn't mention the black truck the first time he was questioned either.

Yes he did. 1st interview at the school.

"Trooper Wilson next asked J.B. “if he had seen anyone else around or any vehicles there that day?” Id. J.B. replied that his mom’s green van was there which she used to drive A.H. to school, and, also, “that he saw a black large pickup truck parked back by the garage.” Id. Trooper Wilson pressed J.B. for details about the truck, since she believed that it possibly belonged to the individual who had killed the victim."

Here is the whole court document
