Yesterday, we saw the picking of the POV players. Jag, Cameron, and Bowie were picked. Cory got houseguest's choice and picked Jag. Then America pulled out Jag's name and had to redraw and out came Cameron's chip. Jared pulled out Bowie's chip.
The POV comp was football-themed in some manner. They all had shoulder pads on and football jerseys. They had to catch water in their helmet and then pour it into a container to float a ball and then ring their bell. The water apparently shot out at them from different directions and was somewhat unpredictable. Several took a fall (or multiple falls) and Jag won by 40 (maybe more?) seconds with Cameron next and Jared third.
The house quickly started rejoicing after the results were posted. They couldn't watch it live based on what we've heard and only learned of the results when they were posted on the living room TV after the comp. The house was very, very tense as it got to the final two then everyone (well, everyone but Cameron) relaxed when they saw Cameron's name come up in second place. Jag had won.
The plan is to replace one of the nominees with Cameron and Cameron leaves on Thursday in the first eviction of the double eviction. Who will come down? Hard to say. Both are pitching to Jag to get him to use the POV on them. America and Cory were joking in the upstairs lounge about their speeches to Jag. America joked that she'd say, "Use it on me. I'm just a little guuuurrrrlllll."
I suspect Jag will use it on Cory since Cory picked him to play, but both Cory and America should be safe this week. Cameron has a huge bullseye painted on him and pretty much everyone wants him gone.
Nothing much should happen today. They got the yard back last night after being locked inside for almost a full week. The washer/dryer is being kept very busy as everyone was pretty much out of clothes. Cory had to resort to wearing America's sweatpants as he had nothing left. The house is united as never before in who goes this week.
Tomorrow is the POV meeting where one of the two nominees will come down and Cameron will go up in their place. Then we'll just be killing time until Thursday.
We have a show tonight! On tonight's show, we'll see the wall comp and lots of flashbacks to the chaos that led to Izzy's departure. It was a very undramatic wall comp. One of the rare times they could show it in real-time and still have time left over. Production was very aggressive in shaking people off the wall this year. A late show tonight starting at 10:30 PM ET (or so.) Not a bad show to miss if you caught all of the arguing on the feeds before the vote to evict Izzy.

This will definitely be the most boring week. I guess they will be going over and over who the second eviction will be if this one or that one wins. With Cameron gone I am trying to find someone to root for and I just cannot find anyone I like. I tried to like Bowie but cannot. It is hard tor me to watch if I don't care who wins. Enjoy the rest of the season.

I've liked America since early on. She's had a good feel for who the power is in the house. I still think Mecole/Meme might be playing the best overall and is my most likely winner right now. Blue is interesting. She's a lot more complicated than the typical houseguest. Matt is cruising along and relatively safe. Jared won't last. He's likely gone in the second eviction Thursday.
A lot of the house (Matt, Bowie, Mecole/Meme, Jag, Cory) have been content to float along and go with the flow. Playing hard has been a disadvantage this year. It killed Kirsten, Hisam, Reilly, Izzy, and now Cameron. Red was killed by being close to Cameron. It's likely Jared will join the list of evicted soon for playing hard.
If those playing hard had united early on and picked off the floaters, the game would be vastly different. Play hard this year and you get punished the next week. It's a trend this year.

I'd prefer to see Cirie go before Jared just to see how much he flounders without her influence which, IMO, has saved him more than once in spite of his best efforts to sabotage himself.

@gardenman or whoever else may have an answer, why is it the house has always disliked Cam so much and wanted him out? It seems if you are not Cirie or Jared he would be the smart one to keep around as a chance to stay because nobody else seems be willing to make a move. America is it. And whether she is choosing not to win or can't, only she knows.
Now not watching the feeds I am sure I am missing a whole lot but so far it seems unless everybody else just wants to be on Jared's pecking order Cam would be the one to keep, especially over Cory who, again, seems to talk the talk but not done a thing. I don't know why but I don't like him.
At this point I feel if they get rid of Cam just get in line and wait for Jared and Cirie to determine when you, too, must go and either one of them deserves the win. I suspect even when given the chance they won't get rid of Jared because they will fall for it yet again.
Jag seems to be trying but I don't know that when push comes to shove he will do it and Matt is just hopelessly a follower. I so hope I am proven wrong.
I have read of Cirie letting Jared get rid of her. If she does that she is quitting when things get rough and I just don't think that is how Cirie wants to be remembered in reality TV.

Cameron is a big target because he wins a lot and targeted Cirie. Jared had to pocket the POV to save Cirie, which cost the house Izzy. Cameron's a bit of a jerk also. He's said and done some stuff that makes people uncomfortable. He's not truly allied with anyone other than maybe Bowie, so he's an easy target.
The plan this week is for Matt, Jag, and Blue to step aside, try to get Mecole/Meme to step aside and let Cory and America beat the moms (Cirie and Felicia) for the HOH. Then they'll put up Cirie and Jared and one of those two will be gone. The power has shifted a bit.
