Well, that was fun! Later today, Michael will join the jury house and be oh, so happy to be there. Uh, no. He left the BB house with all of the class and dignity he could muster, which was none. After packing his stuff and leaving it in the storeroom the houseguests got called back to the storeroom where Turner got to enjoy his reign as HOH. They set up his HOH basket, letter, and photos on the table there as everyone gathered around. Then off to the next HOH comp.
The HOH comp was "Horror Fest" where there were six openings in a dark room, and they had to move through the darkness to board up the openings. There was goop on the floor and boxes and other stuff making it more complicated. Taylor had a panic attack ten minutes into the comp and bailed out. Monte reportedly just crawled around to avoid hitting stuff and ended up winning by nine seconds over Brittany. A good night overall for Monte. Someone finally had the courage to take a shot at a big player. (I'm not sure Monte wanted to win. We'll have to see what he says in his DR sessions.)
Who will Monte nominate for eviction? There's a lot of debate about that. I think it's safe to say Brittany will be one of the nominees. But then who? He's allied with everyone else. He and Turner formed a final three with Alyssa after Michael's eviction last night. He's been quietly allied with Taylor for a while also. Taylor and Brittany would be an interesting pair to put up. Turner is probably his biggest comp threat in the game followed by Taylor and then Brittany. Alyssa might have the most favorable jury in Kyle, Terrance, Indy, and Jasmine. Taylor and Brittany have talked of wanting a girl to win, so if Alyssa gets to the end, one of them will be in the jury and possibly Alyssa's fifth vote to win.
Monte's going to have to betray someone to nominate two people, so that could make life a bit more interesting for him. Turner is his biggest threat in the house, but also possibly his closest ally. Monte's nominations will be interesting. If he takes out Turner this week, then it'll be the three girls against Monte next week.
Everyone will be trying to guess who Michael's jury vote will go to. I'm guessing he'll be a very bitter juror. That could be good for Alyssa if she makes it to the final two.
Things will settle down a bit today as everyone tries to figure out who Monte will nominate. Brittany seems like a lock for one slot. Alyssa, Taylor, or Turner has to be the other one. Monte will have to do the whole "You're not my target and I swear to God you're not leaving," routine to whoever he puts up opposite Brittany. They'll nod, smile, say they understand then privately seethe that he put them up. With it just taking two votes to evict this week he has to be very careful. If the wrong duo has the votes, he could lose someone he really doesn't want to lose.
If Brittany and Taylor are the nominees and Alyssa won POV and used it on one of them, then Turner would go on the block and Alyssa and whoever she saved would have the votes. This is one of those weeks where the HOH has very little control over things. You might as well draw names from a hat to nominate. It'll be fun to see how things play out.
