My early report yesterday had Cameron winning POV, but it was Red instead. The house is a bit crazy. Jared told Blue that he was playing with his mother, and she assumed it was Felicia. (Blue isn't the smartest hamster in the wheel.) Blue has been sworn to secrecy, but since she's on the block the odds of her staying silent aren't the greatest. Everyone pretty much tells everyone else everything in this game this year. Felicia will be very confused to learn she's Jared's mom when word leaks out to her.
Cirie is leading the charge now to save Jag (for this moment anyway, it'll change ten times between now and Thursday) and vote out Blue. If she finds out Blue knows her secret, she might blow her top. Playing with Jared isn't as big of an advantage as she'd hoped. He's risking a lot of her game with his loose lips.
Cirie is in an alliance with absolutely everyone in the house now. And in an odd twist, Matt is too. Matt hasn't really tried to be in an alliance with everyone, but everyone has come to him and asked him to join, so he has. Most recently, he joined Cory and America in an alliance. (The alliance maps at this point look like the crayon scribblings of a deranged two-year-old. They're just crazy.) Blue, Jag, Cameron, and Red are probably the least allied houseguests and they're in at least two or three alliances and counting.
Cirie's plan is to split up one of her many big alliances by not telling some in it their plan to save Jag, so they vote out Jag and then Cirie can pull Jag closer to her to use his comp skills to help her most solid foursome of herself, Jared, Felicia, and Izzy stay intact. "We vetoed to keep you! They voted you out!" Cirie is hoping for a 6-4 or 7-3 vote to save Jag and then weaponize him against those she kept in the dark about voting out Blue. There is the slight little problem of Blue and Jared though. Getting him to vote out Blue may be a challenge. They have Mecole/Meme's vote and Matt's also, so even if Jared objects, they can pull it off.
This should have been a simple, easy week with Jag as the target and Red/Cameron in charge of the veto and who goes. Nothing with this group is ever easy though. They overthink things to a degree largely unimaginable in earlier seasons. They flip and flop on an hourly basis. It's more than a bit crazy.
The house should stay at a normal level of craziness today with just five or six flip-flops on who goes before tomorrow's POV meeting. The POV probably won't be used. Then we'll spend all week trying to figure out who will be leaving. It'll probably still be Jag, but who knows?
We have a show tonight! Much of tonight's show will be focused on the HOH comp. We'll probably get to see what type of deal Mecole/Meme and America made with Cameron at the end of the comp. Both were apparently guaranteed safety for letting Cameron win and I think America got safety for Matt and Cory also. We didn't get to hear the deals, but deal-making at that stage is the norm and Cameron implied strongly that he'd made deals to keep the girls safe. Then we'll see the nominations and that will wrap up tonight's show.
