Yeah, Tiffany is generally pretty good tactically, but wanting Sarah Beth out before Christian was a big mistake. She'd be keeping four alpha males among the final eleven with two of them (Xavier and Kyland) untouchable by her Cookout alliance and likely to make the final six.

As we've seen in recent comps, Xavier and Kyland largely assume they're safe and don't want to put a target on themselves, so they're throwing comps. If they throw comps, Derek X and Christian would be there to catch them. As the number of players drop, those two (Derek X and Christian) winning HOH would pretty much guarantee two members of the Cookout would hit the block. Guys tend to bond so Xavier and Kyland may not be the ones hitting the block. Even if they did hit the block they'd be apt to win POV and save themselves. 

Getting rid of Christian before Sarah Beth may end up being the best possible outcome for Tiffany even if she doesn't see it now. Sarah Beth is far more beatable in comps than Christian.
