And the status quo is still status quo-ing. Nothing much has changed. A few new alliances have formed, and everyone is pretty much allied with everyone else in some manner. In many cases, in multiple ways. Angela is Angela-ing and keeping the target on Lisa, who can't understand why everyone doesn't love her. Angela mocked Lisa's walk and called her a twit after first telling us she was going to stir things up a bit. Apparently, Angela thought the house was too quiet.
A potential new showmance is forming with Rubina and Cedric. Not a lot of potential there but production needs something. Leah is still flirting with everyone. Chelsie thinks Leah is after Cam or Tucker, but Leah was also lying with her head on Kimo's chest. Leah is just flirty with everyone including the other women. She's just a friendly, outgoing, fun-loving girl. I'm not sure how much intent there is on her part to get into a showmance with anyone.
Kenney is vowing to call the house together to tell them to vote him out if he doesn't win HOH this week. I'm not sure half the house even remembers he's there most of the time. They certainly won't miss him if he's gone. He offers nothing. He's just a background character at this point. (Which isn't bad if you want to win the game. Fading into the background and not being a target can get you far in the game.) Kenney's just been over the whole thing since the time he moved in. The novelty wore off quickly and he's over it.
Most of the house now knows who has the secret powers and what they do. Word has spread and Kenney might be the only one who doesn't know who has the powers. Chelsie appealed to America that if Makensy uses her power, to please not vote her up as the replacement. I don't think America will. Despite winning HOH this week, Chelsie is still a mid-tier player to most viewers. Angela, Lisa, Joe, and to some extent, Cam are the lower-rated houseguests who would likely get the boot by America.
More calls to the DR today for the houseguests to film their goodbye messages. It's Waffle Wednesday so whatever vote-flipping talk takes place, it'll happen today, but this house pretty much holds true to their plan which is bad news for Lisa. She pretty much needs to win the AI Arena to stay. If she wins the Arena then Angela probably will go, but the temptation to flush Tucker will be there. He's more of a long-term threat to win than Angela.
We have a show tonight! On tonight's show (now at 8 ET) we'll see the aftermath of the noms, the picking of the POV players, the POV comp, and the POV meeting. Maybe they'll clue us in on why the feeds were down so long over the weekend. The guess is Angela said/did something wrong and a fight ensued, but any time anyone tries to talk about it the feeds switch, so we don't know all of the details. They might show that tonight, or not.
Fly!!! Eagles!!! Fly!!!
