OMG...that will be so cool!

I recently saw a show on PBS that showed how service animals

are trained. This particular dog was trained to sense a blood sugar

drop in a particular T1 diabetic owner. Would think police dogs

are kinda/sorta trained the same way...in a foreign language, to boot!

Thankful there are no major crimes being committed tonight with the officers with camera crews. That being said, the broken record in El Paso is driving me crazy. Anything would be better than the 30+ minutes of airtime she has gotten.....so far.

I was watching that episode late this morning 2:00am. I was like WTF does she have on??????

Did you notice all the cops stood BEHIND her as she was bending over in the back seat for like 15 minutes?????

I kind of stopped watching Live PD on a regular & now watch off & on. I was sick & tired of most of the cops playing up to the cameras ie chit chatting w/suspects as if they were buddies, drivers w/no registration driving away w/just a warning, etc.

Now, I was up till 5:00am watching the Texas episodes (El Paso?). Does everybody in that city smoke weed in their cars instead of their homes? I am not going to get into using meth while driving a brand new luxury vehicle.

Your license is SUSPENDED yet, you can obtain "papers" to drive to work & at certain hours of the day or night!!!! What is the point of having your license suspended????

I live in Joisey which has some of the most strict traffic laws in the country. So I find most of this stuff strange & unbelivable. My mother calls the show the real fake news.

Every state, county, jurisdiction will have their own set of rules

for everything. That’s why broadcasting always goes back

to the studio...where the guys will explain why the officers do what they do.

As for ‘chatting up...like they were buddies’....there’s a greater than zero chance the police knows many who live in their work territory. In fact, many officers work in the town/City where they grew up...especially if they’ve been working that territory for some time....so there is a good chance they know the one doing the crime. There’s nothing wrong about issuing a warning which fits the stop. Good community stewardship.

Restricted Licenses....a lot of states have that...even New Jersey.
