Do the people on TV (stopped by the cops) agree to being filmed?

I don't think I'd like being filmed, I know I wouldn't like it.

They don't have to agree to be filmed. It's legal to film people in public places.

But I agree, I wouldn't like being filmed!

I don't understand how people drink and drive, but to have a kid in the car is just crazy.

She's lucky the cop is giving her a break.

I thought she was going to cause a scene, but she was very respectful at the end.  Hopefully she was ‘scared straight.’

@lainey1 I am a real privacy advocate.  I'm sorry, but I wouldn't want to be video-taped....AT ALL!  

For some reason my DVR started copying it after I watched one or two shows!  I keep deleting it and right now it's back on.  

It's crazy, shows people's stupidity and I don't know about you guys but I sit here going....wwhhhaattt the hay?

This guy is walking around with a sword, looking for someone!  He pulled out so many knives, etc!  Yet he says he's not causing any trouble!  Scary these people are walking around!

They're (the policemen) are admiring the sword!  Good grief!  Don't they have to give him a receipt for the sword they are taking with them?  Maybe they're just not showing it!

Good grief!  I've always read that back in the 'old days' if you stole a person's horse it was grounds for killing someone, the way they pursued these people with the possible stolen car, (it was 4 or 5 policemen here), I have to wonder if they pursue murders as fiercely.  Ha!

So, the very pregnant woman (who's smoking like a chimney) slowly walks away!

You can't write a TV show like some of these things....People would say, "That's too fake".  Ha!

They need to put some of these in a time capsule so in maybe 50 years people see this and realize how dumb some people really are!

They make these people get on their knees.  I'd be like, "OK, that's not happening!  I have two fake knees and my arms won't go that far back (for the cuffs)!"  Ha!

who is in studio tonight, will be ending LivePD tonight.

Utah will still be taped, but he will not be one of the officers

being followed.  Shoot...I like him.
