@eddyandme  The Tessa and Mariah story never really took off... Tessa was never that popular and aside from them being same-sex, there was never any actual story line for them. My two cents is these are two cast members they could do without... They've never really found a way to weave either or both of them into the show in any way that's interesting or meaningful...

@stevieb, you're totally correct.  Think they just figured to add them to be PC.  But, without a genuine SL it just came out contrived and the characters became totally unlikeable.

 

Imho they did the same with the Miami clan:  just throw this family into GC.  Again, it came off phony and boring.
