I've gotten several liquid knit tops recently that have not lost the creases from shipping even after washing then line drying followed by washing again and putting in the dryer.  I like liquid knit and have lots of it. I've never had this problem before.

I would return the top as defective.

I've never had liquid knit wrinkle even when wadded up in a ball.

I would turn it inside out and press it with the steam iron.

I think even liquid knit would keep a wrinkle unless it was pressed out.

Do you have a fabric steamer?  Try that.  It may take several passes, but I have had luck with it.

I wash my Susan Graver tops and hang to dry. I iron them after the first washing and then the creases don't come back. I never have to iron them again.
