Need Help with Susan Graver Sizing?

Susan Graver Regular Stretch Twill Capris Jeans.

 

Can someone who knows her clothing tell me how her pants fit and should I size up or stay with suggested measurements on the chart. I don't like pants tight on me.

I think her clothing runs a bit generous. Look at "click here' garment measurement.
