what do i do now?

I was interested in ordering slip cover for a recliner, as a gift, and wanted to know about handles on side of chair. J. Gonzalez asked the vendor that question and vendor started explaining and demonstrating but Gonzalez immediately interrupted her and started talking about colors and then how much she likes chii feeds. I searched the article on QVC.com but found no explanation. I think that's rude plus I still don't have an answer.
