As a person with some visual imparment it can be very hard to watch sometimes.  I am not blind but I assume they have the same problem.  Very often an item is presented and there will be all sorts of whopla about what a great price.  It was such and such but now it is on sale!!!!!  WHAT IS THE PRICE?  More times thsn not I never hear HOW MUCH.  I suppose they are told not to say the actual price just how great it is.  Sometimes it will be on easy pay?  Sometimes the easy pay is under this or that.  How much are the payments and how many?  Frankly I don't want to call customer service over and over.  And they assume you are going to buy it and how many.  Awkward to  say, no I just want the price.  I need to think about it.  End up just not bothering with it.To me this problem is demeaning.  Maybe I am the only impared person that watches.  I don't know.

@anxious1.  You make a good point.  8 had parents who both became legally blind and neither could have read the graphics on the TV  screen.

Most commonly, they'll just say you can get it home for $8.47, which would be one Easy Pay, and that's all they'll say.  Some who don't know better might think that was the total price.

@anxious1

Good point.  What used to really bother me was they'd never mention the fabric content percentages

You know, 90% cotton, 8% polyester and 2% lycra.  NOT "a cotton blend".

Why makes that so difficult for them to do?   That is valuable information, darn it.

@anxious1 I have to stand up and walk toward the TV to see prices or size charts. The only good thing about how the those are presented is that it irritates me so much that I have conquered my impulsive buying.   I'd been headed that way long before they started this method, but now I buy only when the offering was already on my needs list.

Costco does this also in their sale catalogs - list how much you save, but don't give the price.  Beyond annoying!

I feel for you.  I could be wrong, but I noticed that QVC stopped mentioning most sale prices when they started Q2 and Q3 that show reruns. When the repeat shows are on, the prices of whatever it is that they're selling have already increased. So I think that they purposely don't say sale prices on live shows.

Vision issues can be very hard to deal with.  Sorry that they are interfering with your life.

Perhaps a looking at a tablet that you can zoom in with your fingers would help.  It can be used in conjunction with a TV.

I think you're right.  Since shows are repeated in so many different places they can change prices on the graphics but not the audio.

@anxious1  I totally get what you are saying. Very true. Since you are able to use a computer would it be more helpful to you to check the item on the website prior to purchasing so you don't have to call customer service all the time?  Just an idea.
