trouble finding pictured items

In the last month I have passed up six purchases because I couldn't find the complete outfit shown...recently I saw a great sweater accessorized with a beautiful blue blouse but neither I nor customer service or live chat could find out anything the shirt....it is very frustrating.....

I agree...I think if it is being shown online or on-air it should be for sale....with the item # etc. displayed for ordering. I saw a jacket on the homepage and never did find it.
