Courtney is "young" and "pretty," but it takes more than a pretty face to be a good host. I think Courtney needs lots of more night-time practice.

Taja, I agree. Two of the new hosts, Elise and especially Katie are much better. Better than the majority of the hosts that have been there longer.

I agree, @MarthaStewardess. And as long as she's been there, she should have improved. Seems just the same as her first day there. The job does entail some ability to sell, something besides herself.
