system glitch - "New" column on main forum page shows posts I've already read as "new"

One of the forum columns titled "New" identifies posts which I haven't read yet. It's been really helpful. When I'm following a thread, I just click on the number of new posts and it takes me right to the posts which I haven't read yet.

 

This morning it started malfunctioning for the first time. In most cases, the feature is working, but there have been about 5 thread that i've been following for a while where the "New" post feature indicates that I haven't read any of these posts. 

 

I'd appreciate it if one of the QVC moderators could heve a technician check this out. 

 

One of the threads was  Moderators - please explain "Contributor" designations... ? . If I remember any of the other ones, I'll add them to this post later. Another one is Is Paulas's Choice Sold In Any Stores? .
